Bluff® MobilePro+ yard ramps provide easy forklift or pallet truck access to freight in minutes without requiring dock bays. The MobilePro+ portable yard ramp is designed with the flexibility needed to accommodate trailers of various heights and widths, assisting in loading and unloading trucks and trailers in areas without docks, as well as from dock level to ground. The ramp features all-welded, heavy-duty formed steel cross members and side girders to create a superior frame, while the beveled diamond plate steel approach ensures a smooth transition. Its open serrated steel grating ramp surface provides excellent traction while minimizing dirt, rain, and snow accumulation. The MobilePro+ includes a multi-piece hinged lip to service different trailer widths and adjustable legs that allow a service range of 36 to 60 inches. Additional components include a double-action hydraulic lift pump, 18-inch diameter solid rubber wheels for easy mobility, and safety locking chains to secure the ramp to the dock or trailer. The ramp features 8-inch high curbs to help keep trucks and forklifts on the ramp and is 36 feet in length, with a 6-foot level-off zone at the top for safe dock-to-ground or truck-to-ground access. The ramp clamp includes integral forklift tine insertion points for easy short-distance movement. Bluff® also offers solid steel deck approach plates at both ends to provide a smooth transition and extend the ramp's lifespan. The construction includes tough all-steel welded design, freestanding capability, and full undercarriage with solid rubber tires. Safety chains are included, and the design incorporates 8-inch run-off curbs.
