Bluff® MobilePro+ yard ramps are engineered for easy forklift or pallet truck access to freight in minutes without the need for dock bays. This portable yard ramp accommodates trailers of various heights and widths, facilitating the loading and unloading process in areas without docks, transitioning from ground to truck and vice versa, as well as from dock level to ground. Constructed with all-welded, heavy-duty formed steel cross members and side girders, the MobilePro+ features a beveled diamond plate steel approach for smooth transitions and an open serrated steel grating ramp surface that provides exceptional traction while minimizing dirt, rain, and snow accumulation. The ramp includes a multi-piece hinged lip for servicing various trailer widths, adjustable legs offering a service range of 36-60 inches, and a double-action hydraulic lift pump. It is equipped with 18-inch diameter solid rubber wheels for easy positioning and raising. Safety locking chains secure the ramp to the dock or trailer, while 8-inch high curbs help keep trucks and forklifts on the ramp. The ramp measures 36 feet in length and includes a 6-foot level-off zone at the top for safe dock-to-ground or truck-to-ground access. Additionally, the ramp clamp features integral forklift tine insertion points for moving the ramp over short distances. Note that Bluff® provides solid steel deck approach plates at both ends to ensure a smooth transition and enhanced longevity of the ramp.
