The Confidant features closed-loop electronic fuel injection, offering fast and reliable starts with the same solenoid shift starter found on common Command PRO engines. It utilizes significantly less fuel than a carbureted engine, which helps save time and money at the pump. Kohler® EFI automatically optimizes for fuel quality, while pressure lubrication and cooler operation contribute to an extended engine life. The engine is battle-tested to exceed Kohler® commercial duty-cycle demands and includes a commercial durability heavy-duty cyclonic air cleaner that stands up to tough mowing conditions. This engine is suitable for use in commercial wide area walk behind mowers and commercial zero turn mowers, and it is a commercial, electronic fuel injection, four-cycle, twin-cylinder, air-cooled, gasoline, OHV with a cast iron liner.
