Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in the toughest temperatures. The kit includes a coverall made from heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion, and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for longer wear life. Key features consist of an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal retention, an overhead shoulder design allowing complete freedom of movement, a zipper/storm fly front with hidden snap closure, and a detachable insulated hood designed with a knit wind seal and throat guard. Additional specifications include tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps, one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, a two-section exterior pen pocket located on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder layered on top, and an elasticized rear waist for a comfortable fit. The garment also has thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps for easy on/off at each leg cuff and 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear. The seam construction features double needle stitching on seams and single needle stitching on hems. The black material is 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the coverall's body, sleeves, and hood are lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
