Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear employs premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in extreme temperatures. This ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 compliant coverall ensures high visibility alongside CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 compliance. It features two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions, while the aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention. The heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material extends the wear-life of the garment. The design includes an overhead shoulder structure for freedom of movement, a zipper/storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, and a detachable insulated hood equipped with a knit wind seal and throat guard. Additional elements include tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps, one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket with a clear badge holder. Comfort is enhanced by an elasticized rear waist, and thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps facilitate easy on/off at each leg cuff. The 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards prevent wear, and seam construction features double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems. The black material consists of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the coveralls’ body, sleeves, and hood are lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
