Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in tough temperatures. The kit includes an overhead shoulder design for complete freedom of movement, a zipper/storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, and a detachable insulated hood equipped with a knit wind seal and throat guard. It features a heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell for enhanced durability, tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps, and various pockets including one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket located on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder layered on top. The coveralls offer an elasticized rear waist for a comfortable fit and thigh height zippered side openings with storm flaps for easy on/off, located at each leg cuff. Additionally, 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards prevent wear, and the seam construction includes double needle stitching for durability, while hems are single needle stitched. The material consists of black 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), and the coveralls' body, sleeves, and hood are lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
