Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear features premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in tough temperatures. The coverall is ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 and CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 compliant for high visibility, incorporating two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. It includes an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat, ensuring optimal heat retention. Constructed from heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon for extended wear, it boasts an overhead shoulder design for complete freedom of movement, alongside a zipper/storm fly front with hidden snap closure. The detachable insulated hood features a knit wind seal and throat guard, while tapered sleeve cuffs come with hook and loop take-up straps. Additional storage includes one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section pen pocket with clear badge holder on the upper left sleeve. The elasticized rear waist ensures a comfortable fit, and thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps on each leg cuff provide easy on/off. The leg cuff guards are made from 600D heavy-duty material to prevent wear. Seam construction consists of double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems. The black material is made from 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), and the coverall's body, sleeves, and hood are lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
