Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in extreme temperatures. This product includes an ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 compliant coverall and a CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 compliant coverall, both designed for high visibility with two-tone 2" silver reflective tape that provides 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. The coverall features an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention and is made from heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for extended wear life. Additional features include an overhead shoulder design for complete freedom of movement, a zipper/storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, and a detachable insulated hood with a knit wind seal and throat guard. The tapered sleeve cuff includes hook and loop take-up straps, while there are multiple pockets: one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder on top. The coverall also incorporates an elasticized rear waist for a comfortable fit, thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps for easy on/off at each leg cuff, and 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear. The seam construction features double needle-stitched seams and single needle-stitched hems. The black material is composed of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), and the coveralls’ body, sleeves, and hood are lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
