The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Extra HD Boltless Shelving Add-On, measuring 36"W x 24"D x 72"H with a wire deck, is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial storage, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. The unit features durable, adaptable open shelves that adjust vertically in 1" increments without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing easy assembly with snap-in components. The structure includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction to eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the wire decking facilitates ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, also allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily to improve fire safety. The shelving provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility, with sturdy roll-formed steel framing offering maximum support and enabling stable, expandable units without bolting starter units together.
