The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes boltless, snap-in components that allow easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit contains rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the wood decking consists of smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard, providing cost-effective solid decking.
