The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with top and bottom shelves utilizing double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams adjusting vertically on 1" increments, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The shelving unit allows easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and its open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility. The package includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, offering a cost-effective solid surface, with various heights, widths, and depths available to accommodate nearly every facility area.
