The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, and units can be joined for expansion with more stability and less construction effort than bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full loads. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the steel, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides a cost-effective solid decking.
