The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The durable and adaptable shelving features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing easy assembly with snap-in components. The unit is constructed of sturdy 2" x 1" 14 ga roll-formed steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, and includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. A double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Decking must be ordered separately.
