The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable, adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for four side access to provide maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports prevents beam rotation when fully loaded. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Dimensions and specific sizes vary with options available for height, width, and depth to suit different facility needs. Decking is ordered separately.
