The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible organization. The shelving unit accommodates various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The unit is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating. Decking must be ordered separately.
