The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable shelving unit is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for customizable storage. The shelving offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams, it ensures maximum support and structural stability. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability, and open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Dimensions and various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area. Decking is sold separately.
