The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial environments, with a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. The durable roll-formed steel framing includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, providing sturdy support and preventing beam rotation under load. The open shelves offer four side access for maximum flexibility and easily adjust at 1" increments. The construction features double rivet button stud joints locking perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure unit that eliminates back and side sway. The assembly is simple and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components for quick setup. The finish is chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Decking is not included and must be ordered separately.
