The SC Preferred 3 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter, with no decking included, is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial settings. It features durable 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. The open shelf design allows four-side access and the snap-in components enable easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The unit is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating. Decking must be ordered separately.
