The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level, with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. The unit is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. Multiple heights, widths, and depths are available to fit nearly every facility area.
