The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. The snap-in components enable easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Decking is ordered separately.
