The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking supports a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level and features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization to maximize storage area. The shelving unit is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, along with double-riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts via double rivet button stud construction to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full loads. The unit offers four-side access for maximum flexibility and features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and snap-in components facilitate quick set-up.
