The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter kit features a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level and is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The shelving unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Decking must be ordered separately.
