The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving unit allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support and includes front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish.
