The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter unit with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing for customizable configurations. The shelving provides an open design that allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The structure is made of sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Decking must be ordered separately.
