The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving accommodates various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every area of your facility and allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The system includes snap-in components for easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. Construction consists of sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and decking is sold separately.
