The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize your storage area, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable construction suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. The shelving system is easy to assemble with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and units can be joined together for expanded storage with enhanced stability and less construction effort compared to bolted systems. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The shelving is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating. Decking must be ordered separately. The product is designed for use in retail, commercial, and industrial applications and allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility.
