The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving unit supports various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every area of a facility. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is facilitated by joining units with greater stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The structure consists of sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts that are punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable at 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel.
