The SC Preferred 5 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring durable and adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no nuts, bolts, or clips, and expansion is simplified by joining units with stability and less construction than bolting starter units together.
