The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. The durable roll-formed steel framing features front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, thanks to rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The snap-in design allows easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, and the open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, and decking must be ordered separately. This add-on unit enables expansion by joining units for greater stability with less construction effort compared to bolting two starter units together.
