The SC Preferred 3-shelf heavy-duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable construction suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, offering open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system allows easy assembly with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, making expansion simple by joining units for greater stability with less construction than bolting starter units together. The structure includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit consists of rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating.
