The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving has an open design allowing four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Easy assembly is achieved with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The shelving is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Decking must be ordered separately.
