The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize your storage area, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports help prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components—no bolts, nuts, or clips are required—allowing for easy expansion and the ability to join units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
