The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing for quick expansion and stable joining of units with less construction compared to bolting starter units together. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing, it provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Decking is sold separately.
