The SC Preferred 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on unit with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing adaptable storage configurations, and the shelving features an open design for four-sided access to provide maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments.
