The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full loads and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, with open adjustable shelves providing four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The add-on unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and is adaptable in various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area. Decking is ordered separately.
