The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, constructed from rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers with double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. Expansion is facilitated by joining units with more stability and less construction compared to bolting starter units together. Decking is ordered separately.
