The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight capacity of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring durable and adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving unit offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and allows expansion by joining units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. Constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing, it provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Decking is sold separately.
