The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The shelving system features open shelves that are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing for adaptable storage configurations. It includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" intervals, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and decking must be ordered separately.
