The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level and features durable roll-formed steel framing with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for versatile organization. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components. The package also includes sturdy 5/8" thick precut particleboard wood decking, providing a cost-effective solid surface.
