The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments to provide maximum flexibility with open shelves accessible from four sides. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking for solid, cost-effective support. The assembly is simple and does not require bolts, nuts, or clips, relying instead on snap-in components and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway, ensuring structural stability. The dimensions and configuration options accommodate various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area.
