The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, along with sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and the open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The unit features durable, roll-formed steel framing with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway for a structurally secure joint. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating.
