The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, utilizing snap-in components and a boltless design. It includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelves feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard that provides cost-effective solid decking. The particleboard ships in two pieces.
