The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner post to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The 5/8" thick precut particleboard wood decking ships in two pieces and offers a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
