The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The shelving unit provides easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts for structural stability, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched at 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. It has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and features sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking shipped in two pieces.
