The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial use, providing durable and adaptable storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The open shelves allow four-side access and are adjustable at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the steel components, while the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces, provides solid and cost-effective shelf surfaces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
