The SC Preferred 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments for customizable storage options. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load, while the double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post to create a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The unit has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and comes with sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
