The SC Preferred 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility for various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly any facility area. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments, and sturdy precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking shipped in two pieces. The snap-in components enable easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips, while roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the particleboard decking offers a cost-effective solid surface. Warranty terms are included with the product.
