The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths. It features a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and durable, adaptable construction. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and allow four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The shelves have a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and come with precut, smooth 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces.
