The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and provide four side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner post for structural security, and double rivet button stud construction to eliminate back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no nuts, bolts, or clips. The shelving has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking that ships in two pieces. The system complies with heavy duty shelving standards and is designed for use in retail, commercial, and industrial applications with various heights, widths, and depths available.
