The SC Preferred 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with Wood Decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The kit includes four adjustable open shelves that can be repositioned at 1" increments, sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely with corner posts to prevent back and side sway. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking shipped in two pieces. The design allows four-side access and easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips, ensuring flexibility and strong structural support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded.
